Kyoto Adventures is run by Luca, born and raised in a small town in the north-east of Italy, the perfect location to make him an outdoor enthusiast. He has a degree in East Asian Studies from Sheffield University where he fell in love with the Peak District and its stunning hiking and cycling trails. He always had a great passion for traveling, an interest that has led him to visit over 30 countries all over the world. For the past 18 years he has been living in Japan, a country he has visited far and wide, often by bicycle. After moving to Kyoto he discovered the beauty of the mountains and the countryside that surround the city and he keeps stumbling across amazing hidden gems both inside and outside the former capital of Japan. He would like to share his experience and passion with other nature lovers.
